Third Avenue Surgery is a private billing, independently owned, community based general practice. Established in the early 1980’s, our doctors have been providing quality medical care to our patients for over 30 years.

We are a closely knit team, with most of our doctors and staff having worked here for many years. Within our modern and friendly practice, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and attention to detail, all the while coupled with a genuine compassion for all. Our doctors are all vocationally registered specialist GPs and collectively, possess a diverse wealth of knowledge and experience to offer you an extensive range of medical services. Our Practice is Accredited through AGPAL – an independent body that provides recognition to practices who meet defined professional standards and guidelines. Within the medical industry, to achieve accreditation, signifies a widely recognised mark of quality.

As a private billing practice, we strive to provide the highest quality services for our patients. We provide bulk billing for children under the age of 1, and discounted fees for pension card and health care card holders after the first visit.

We do not bulk bill or offer concession for any Patients after 5pm Monday to Friday. No concession rates or Bulk Billing on Saturday.

Our location on the intersection of Third Avenue and Beaufort Street has ample available parking off Third Avenue.Patients visiting us via public transport can catch any of a number of bus routes which stop nearby on Beaufort Street. With the Mount Lawley and Maylands train stations only a short distance away, we are an excellent choice for patients from Inglewood, Bedford, Maylands, Highgate, Leederville, Perth, Coolbinia,Menora, Joondanna and Bayswater.

Our practice is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Booking an appointment is easy and can be done at any time using our convenient online booking service.
