27.11.2025 From January 2026 Dr Subramaniam will resume bulk billing for her regular patients.

- New Patients

- Patients of other Doctors and

- Patients who have not been seen in the the past 12 mth will continue to be privately billed.

1.6.2025 Private patients not seeing their regular GP can incur a private fee .

10.4.2025 Please be aware that Dr Ali will be charging private for antenatal patients who do not hold a pension, healthcare card .

26.3.25 Patients who attend for Pre-Employment, clearance employment and/or student placement, or to fill out any paperwork forms will be charged a fee set by the Practice, which is non claimable from m/c or insurance.

27.5.24 IF YOU HAVE COLD OR FLU SYMPTOMS PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN ATTENDING SMART HEALTH CLINICS OR ORGAINISE A TELEHEALTH APPT IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED SMART HEALTH CLINICS WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

16.8.23 Smart Health Clinics is unable to do Mental Health Assessment on your first visit to the surgery, existing patients must book Mental Health Issues with their regular GP.

11.7.23 NEW PATIENTS and patients who have NOT attended Smart Health Clinics within a year of their last face to face visit will only be BB if you hold a Pen or HCC or under 16 years of age. This applies to overseas students/visitors.

15/6/23 ALL OVERSEAS VISITORS WILL BE CHARGED A PRIVATE FEE REGARDLESS OF HEALTH FUND.

4.12.23 - WE ARE UNABLE TO BB PTS ON WEEKENDS , PH and AFTER 6PM ON WEEKDAYS UNLESS YOU HOLD A CURRENT PENS OR HCC OR UNDER THE AGE OF 16YRS . OVERSEAS STUDENTS/VISITORS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED PRIVATELY AND WILL HAVE TO CLAIM DIRECTLY FROM HEALTH FUNDS.

We would like to make you aware that only patients that have visited the surgery over the last 12months are eligible for a phone consultation with your usual Doctor for this to be claimable.

Please be aware that medicare will cover consultations, other procedures may incur an out of pocket expense.

We are a mixed billing practice.

We accept International Students and have an agreement with eligible patients who hold a valid Medibank, NIB, and Allianz card with an out of pocket expense of $10 to be paid on the day.

Missed appointments without reasonable (i.e. more than four hours) prior notice will incur a private charge not covered by Medicare.

Located within Coventry Village, we have ample parking available, including disabled parking. We are also conveniently located for those using public transport, with bus stops nearby along with the Morley Bus Station at the nearby Galleria. Suitable for patients in Morley as well as those nearby in Dianella, Maylands, Mt Lawley, , Inglewood, Bassendean,, Beechboro, Noranda, and Bayswater.
