Our services

Madeley Family Practice is a GP-led clinic offering acute and chronic disease management, women's, men's and children's health, contraception, antenatal care, vaccinations, skin checks, ear microsuction, minor surgical procedures, skin checks, mole-mapping, skin cancer surgery, and Worker's Compensation. Onsite pathology collection point, and physiotherapy services.

MONDAY to FRIDAY between 8AM-5PM MIXED BILLING AS STANDARD - standard consultation $85 ($41.10 out-of-pocket fee) long consultation $140 ($55.10 out-of -pocket fee)

Telehealth consultations incur the same fee as a standard consultation.

Children 15 years and under, adults 70 years and over, DVA card holders, Health Care Card holders, Pension Concession Card holders will be BULK BILLED.

All immunisations, care plans & health assessments are BULK BILLED.

APPOINTMENTS BEFORE 8AM MONDAY - FIRDAY - ALL consulatations are PRIVATELY billed and will cost $105 ($47.85 out of pocket fee out of pocket fee for Medicare Card Holders)

Mole Mapping, Procedures and Allied Health appointments will incur varied fees, which will be advised prior to booking.

MISSED APPOINTMENT CHARGES: $60 fee for single appointment, $90 for an after-hours appointment, $120 fee for double appointment
