Welcome to AK Medical Centre
At AK Medical Centre, our small and skilled medical team consists of two doctors, a practice manager, and a registered nurse. We cover a range of health services (specialising in obstetrics), while providing our patients with excellent healthcare in a safe environment. Our Principal Doctor (Dr Ola Malomo) is a GP Obstetrician and also works at Armadale Hospital in the antenatal clinic as well as the labour ward. Our other Doctor (Dr Edwin Arokiasamy) has a wide variety of experience in all fields of medicine. Our mixed billing policy offers bulk billing to children under 16, adults over 65, Pension Card holders, and Health Care Card holders. Otherwise our fees are $60 for a standard consultation, and $90 for a long consultation. We are well-situated for patients who live or work in suburbs such as Kelmscott, Mount Nasura, Seville Grove, Camillo, Martin, Roleystone, and Bedfordale. We are also ideal for those who require additional health services, as Kelmscott Physiotherapy, Kelmscott Dental, Armadale Health Service, and GP After Hours Armadale are all located nearby. There is also a pharmacy located nearby in Kelmscott Plaza, making it quick and easy for our patients to collect prescription medicines following appointments. AK Medical centre is open from 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am-12pm every Saturday. Our waiting room includes a play area for children, as well as a collection of magazines and a television for your entertainment.
