Welcome to Whitfords Avenue Medical Group. Conveniently situated opposite the Whitfords Shopping Centre, WAMG is an independently owned medical centre, individual enough to give you the personal care you deserve, but large enough to cater for your families medical needs.

Counselling Counselling and psychological services by Family doctors including referrals available.

Skin/mole checks See mole scan area. A specific appointment is necessary for this service. Please book with the following Doctors: Dr Shahrooz Roohi, Dr James Setiawan or Dr Russell Bock.

Fractures Assessment of fractures for treatment. Minor fractures can be often dealt with at the practice. More major fractures can be assessed and referred to a specialist or ED at JHC .

Lacerations Most lacerations can be treated at the practice with our treatment rooms being fully equipped to deal with these injuries.

Minor procedures Skin lesions, Implanon insertion, wedge resections and other minor theatre procedures can often be done on site at the Whitfords Avenue Medical Group. These require assessment and treatment by your individual doctor at the time of the consultation.

Implanon insertion Can be done in our minor theatre room after assessment by a family doctor at this practice.

Allied Health available onsite - Podiatrist, Diabetes Educator, Psychologist, and Physiotherapist.

We are a mixed billing practice Monday - Friday. Please check carefully before booking. If it is a privately paid appointment it will tell you before you finalise the booking. All 'Standard Appointments' are privately billed for all patients. These appointments are not able to be used for Workers Compensation. Saturdays and Public Holidays are also privately billed.

Dr Christina Bien has closed books and is not currently taking on any patients that aren't her own regular patients.

Dr Galal Tadros can run up to an hour behind as he sometimes has patients who see him with complicated issues.
