At Hammond Park Family Practice, we pride ourselves on offering convenient, accessible healthcare services to our patients. With appointments available 5 days a week, general medical and allied health services available, and a chemist located right next door, we are your one-stop-shop for easy and affordable healthcare.
As from the 01.03.2022 the practice is NOW A MIXED BILLING PRACTICE, we will continue to Bulk Bill patients under the age of 16, patients over the age of 65, Concession Card Holds, DVA Card Holders, Care Plans, Health Assessments and Childrens Immunisations. For further information please contact our friendly reception staff.
