Park Medical Group is committed to providing comprehensive medical care 7 days per week to the local community. They are currently open weekdays between 8.30am to 5.30pm with after hour clinic till 7:00pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Their plan is to open after hours every day of the week, up to 10pm. Home visits are available for our regular patients who have a substantial illness or mobility problems, subject to confirmation by their treating doctors.

If you have any flu-like symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath or sore throat in the past 14 days , or have been in contact with tested positive or suspected of contracting the Coronavirus:

1. Immediately isolate yourself from others, stay at home. You may call the practice on (click to call our number below)
2. A nurse or doctor will speak with you and advise about the best course of action and what to do next.

For the safety of other patients and staff, if you have any symptoms please do not attend the practice in person until you have spoken with a nurse or doctor by phone.

• Park Medical Group is a Private billing practice, however, we bulk bill all Pensioners, Healthcare Card holders and Children below 16 (Weekday appointments between 9.30am to 3:45pm). Fees will apply on weekends and for appointments before 9:30am and appointments after 3:45pm Monday - Friday.
• Located opposite to Park Shopping Centre, next to Priceline Pharmacy and the Western Diagnostic Pathology. We have Radiology and Physiotherapy opposite our medical practice.
• Ample free parking for patients.
• We endeavour to see all patients on time every time. That is our commitment, except if there is a medical emergency.
• We are open every day (including the weekends and public holidays)
• We give ample time for each patient, our focus is quality care. Each doctor does not see more than 20 to 25 patients per day (unlike bulk billing practices where it is common to process 40 to 80 patients per day per doctor.
• We are modern, progressive clinic with a fully fitted Treatment Rooms and fully qualified full-time nurse.
• We actively support E-Health giving patients the ability to have their records available to a hospital in an emergency.
• Patients are required to call for an appointment directly to the practice regarding Immunisation, Motor Vehicle Accident, Workers Compensation, Insurance, Driving assessment, Ear syringing, Health Assessment, Care plan and any procedural consultations.
• We require a minimum of 2 hours for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment to avoid the fees.
