Please note, that a booking made via this page will be located at our original main location (across from Coles East Victoria Park - Park Shopping Centre). Our services

• Multi-lingual doctors and staff (Tamil, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, Korean, Tagalog and English)
• We endeavour to see all patients on time every time. That is our commitment, except if there is a medical emergency.
• We give ample time for each patient, our focus is quality care. Each doctor does not see more than 20 to 25 patients per day (unlike bulk billing practices where it is common to process 40 to 80 patients per day per doctor.
• We are modern, progressive clinic with a fully fitted Treatment Rooms and fully qualified full-time nurse.
• We actively support E-Health giving patients the ability to have their records available to a hospital in an emergency.
• Patients are required to phone for an appointment directly to the practice regarding Immunisation, Motor Vehicle Accident, Workers Compensation, Insurance, Driving assessment, Ear syringing, Health Assessment, Care plan and any procedural consultations.

Park Medical Group is a private billing medical practice. Information regarding our fees and services is available on our profile page. All consultation fees are payable on the day of your appointment.

We offer bulk billing for eligible Pensioners and Health Care Card holders who present a current entitlement card, as well as for children under 16 years of age. Bulk billing is available by appointment only, during weekday normal hours between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm. Outside of these hours, private fees will apply.

Dr Sanjeev is a private billing doctor. Bulk billing with Dr Sanjeev is available for eligible patients between 10:00 am and 1:45 pm on weekdays only. Please speak with our reception team for further details.

Additional fees may apply for procedures, dressings, and vaccinations. Patients are required to contact the practice directly to book appointments for the following services:

Opening Hours and Location

Park Medical Group is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, with after hour clinic till 7:00pm on Fridays at Vic Park Central location (near Woolworths), and weekend appointments available.

Home visits are available for our regular patients who have a substantial illness or mobility problems, subject to confirmation by their treating doctors.
