We are in Cannington, walking distance to Carousel Shopping Centre and Cannington Train Station.

We offer a range of services including, Chronic Disease Management, Home Health Assessments, Iron Infusions, Minor Skin Procedures, Implanon insertion/removal, IUD (removal only), INR monitoring and driver’s licence and pre-employment medicals. (Please contact the surgery to book if you require anything beyond a standard appointment)

We also have an Onsite Pathology Collection Centre, Geriatrician, Psychologist, Dietitian, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist & Exercise Physiologist, allowing our patients to receive quality health care in one place.

Bulk/direct billing applies for -

We offer bulk billing to new patients without concession card holders for 3 months starting from 01/07/2022.

patients with a current Pension or Concession card
children aged 15 and under
patients with a Department of Veterans Affairs card

All our regular patients without concession card will be charged private fees. Some doctors may request private fee upfront at the time of visit.

Billing is at the Doctor's discretion.

Carousel Medical Centre and Skin Cancer Clinic is a preferred provider for the following health insurance funds. Patients with an eligible policy with one of the preferred providers listed below may be entitled to a higher rebate than that of a non-preferred provider.

Billing policy

We are a mixed bulling practice Standard consultation fee is 80 $ and GAP fee for procedures can range from 25 - 150 $ , depending on the complexity. Periodically we run bulk billing campaigns by some of our GPs for new clients for first 3 months.
