Queensgate Medical Centre provides all of our patients with a welcoming and comfortable environment to visit our Doctors who have an unwavering commitment to you and your family’s well-being. We are conveniently located on the first floor with plenty of free parking on the same level just up the ramp to the rear of the building or on the ground floor with lift access.
Our Doctors work together as a team to solve complex medical cases, meeting regularly to ensure our patients receive the best treatment available. We have a close working relationship with nearby specialists and hospitals to ensure our patients have expedient access to the best specialist services available.
Our doctors surgery is brand new and are kept immaculate to ensure all of our patients and visitors can relax. Our medical centre is fully computerised which means all your records are maintained accurately and securely.
The Queensgate Centre is also home to a Pathology, Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Dietician, Chiropractor and Dentist. Other conveniences you will experience at Queensgate include:

Photographic identification (drivers licence, passport, photo card etc.) is required for all new patients. Verifying a patient’s identity helps to maintain patient safety and confidentiality. In the event no photo identification is presented, your appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled.
Narcotics or drugs of addiction will NOT be prescribed to new patients upon your first visit.

Billing policy
We are a mixed billing practice. Discounted fees offered to teenagers 12-19yrs, concession card holders and students under 25yrs, student card must be shown. Children under 12 yrs are bulk billed between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Standard fees apply for telehealth.
