Nicholson Road Medical Group is a fully accredited, privately owned, and non-corporate general practice dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services. We take pride in our commitment to patient-centered care. We are a Mixed-billing GP practice. Bulk-billing options are available (except for Sundays) for Children under 16 years of age, Healthcare Card holders, & Pension Card holders.

Our clinic is a Multi-disciplinary General Practice that offers a wide range of healthcare services, however, with a primary focus on:

• Chronic Disease Management
• IUD removal

• Pregnancy Care.

VISIT POLICY:

FACE TO FACE CONSULTATION:

• For a Face-to-Face GP visit with a fever (≥37.5°C) and acute respiratory symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or runny nose, we kindly request that you to wear a well-fitted face mask.

ONLINE BOOKING FOR NEW PATIENTS & PHONE CONSULT:

• It is required for new patients and phone consult booking to provide payment details to secure appointments. If these details aren’t entered, the system may automatically cancel the booking, and unfortunately, neither our reception team nor the patient may receive a notification when this happens.
• Please be assured that while we request payment details to confirm bookings, patients under 16 and concession card holders will be bulk-billed (except on Sundays and Public Holidays) according to our billing policy.
• Unfortunately, we can only offer telephone consults if you have visited our medical center within the last 12 months.

We do provide effective pain management but please be noted that our doctors do not prescribe narcotics (S8 medications) or sleeping pills (Benzodiazepine).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• It is required at least 2 hours to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Otherwise, a late notice fee or missed appointment fee may be applicable.
