Welcome to Baldivis Family Medical Centre
Baldivis Family Medical Centre is a brand new, modern, patient-focussed practice located in the vibrant community of Baldivis. We are open extended hours, seven days a week for your family’s convenience.
We believe that health care should be accessible to everyone. If you are the holder of a current Medicare Card your visit will be Bulk Billed at no charge to you. Please ensure that you bring your Medicare Card and any concession card that you may hold with you to your visit. If you are an overseas visitor, please ask at reception for the fee for your visit.
We have a range of experienced doctors who will provide you with personal care, whatever your medical concern. At every visit, we ensure that you’re seen promptly and that time is taken to correctly diagnose your condition before we agree on the best course of action.
Our reception staff and nurses are friendly, welcoming and available to answer any questions you may have regarding our services.

The previous practice I used had "walk in" appointments, but was further away from home. In fact you could wait up to one hour before a doctor was available, after "walking in". Booking at Baldivis via HealthEngine was much better. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Doctor was very nice and I was very happy with the consult. I will be back and I think this will become my regular medical practice.

This is a new practice and has appointments available until 10pm and bulk bills , this is extremely helpful for ppl like myself who are full time working parents as I can make appointment for myself and kids in the evening . Practice was well set out and plenty of activities to keep young kids entertained, And located at the local shops so very convenient , I'm considering making this my regular practice !
