It is great! We were up with my daughter at 2.30 am in the morning, and my husband and I agreed she needed to see a doctor the next day, so I booked it then and there, and got in really early, rather than waiting till it opened and waiting in queue with everyone else trying to get the earliest available appointment, and then consequentially not getting in till midday.
