The Heights Medical Centre

The Heights Medical Centre is a well-established, mixed-billing general practice located at Suite 50, Alexander Heights Shopping Centre, 200 Mirrabooka Avenue, Alexander Heights WA 6064. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed on weekends and public holidays, providing accessible, comprehensive care for the local community.

The practice offers a full range of general practice services including skin checks and minor surgery, pregnancy testing, Pap smears, sports medicine, diabetic checks, driving licence medicals, liquid nitrogen (freezing) treatment for warts and sunspots, women's and men's health services, immunisations for children and adults, travel medicine (vaccinations and general advice), family planning and shared obstetric care, check-ups and insurance medicals, chronic disease management plans, iron infusions, and podiatry. Minor surgical procedures including suturing of cuts and removal of moles (naevi) and skin cancers are also performed on-site.

The Heights Medical Centre has been serving the Alexander Heights community since July 1999 and is proudly owned and managed by doctors who work within the practice. Our experienced GPs maintain a holistic view of each patient's health needs, working closely with other community health providers to assist patients in accessing hospital and specialist resources when required.

Billing: The Heights Medical Centre is a mixed-billing practice. New patients will incur an initial consultation fee. Subsequent appointments for concession card holders and children aged 15 and under are bulk billed. Please note that skin checks may incur a private fee — contact the surgery on (08) 6256 0089 for further information.

Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy: A $70 fee applies to appointments not cancelled with at least 2 hours' notice. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible to avoid this charge.

After Hours: For medical care outside of clinic hours, patients can access Night Doctor on 1300 644 483. Please note this is a private billing service.
