Billing policy
The Clinic Complete Family Medical and Skin Centre is a bulk billing practice. Patients with current Medicare cards will have no out-of-pocket costs for general medical consultations in most cases, as it will be billed directly to Medicare.
However, some services such as but not limited to, pre-employment medical examinations and reports, commercial driving licence medical assessments, travel vaccinations, cosmetic medicine procedures, skin cancer treatments, iron infusions, overseas visitors and overseas students will incur an out of pocket expense. Please contact our friendly reception staff to inquire about the fee schedule and length of appointment required for such services. All Workcover and TAC consultations must be paid for on the day of consultation until a Claim number has been made available to our staff.
