Test Results, Recalls & Patient Communication

• Test Results: For privacy and confidentiality, results are not provided over the phone. Please book an appointment to discuss results with your GP.
• Recalls: Our recall system ensures you stay up to date with important health checks such as test results, annual health assessments, and cervical screening. Patients may be contacted via phone, SMS, email, or letter.
• Urgent Matters: For urgent concerns, our reception team will take your details and arrange for the doctor to triage and respond as soon as possible.

Bulk Billing Information

Most GP appointments are bulk billed for eligible patients, including:

• Holders of a valid Medicare Card
• DVA Card holders
• Selected private health insurance policies with GP cover

For patients not eligible for bulk billing, consultation fees may apply depending on the appointment type and duration. Our friendly reception team is happy to provide fee information and assist with any enquiries.
