Freshwater Place Medical is a boutique, doctor-owned general medical practice that was established in 2016 to serve both residents and workers in our beautiful city. For added convenience, we also offer onsite pathology services. As we are centrally located, there are a range of other health services available nearby our practice, including pharmacy, radiology, psychology, physiotherapy, podiatry, dental, and chiropractic services.

We are ideally located for those who work or live within the Melbourne CBD, along with residents of Southbank, Docklands, South Melbourne, East Melbourne, West Melbourne, South Yarra, Albert Park, Yarraville, Richmond, and Fitzroy. Our practice is only a short walk from Flinders Street Train Station and the Arts Centre bus and tram stop.

Our modern practice has easy access for the disabled, electronic medical records, and an interpreter service available for those who speak languages other than English. Our waiting area has patient comfort in mind, with Wi-Fi, a kid’s play area, and a TV.

We will continue to BULK BILL children under 16 years of age, aged pensioners and DVA card holders for ALL services.

Telehealth appointments will be bulk billed for all eligible patients under the Medicare eligibility criteria.

A gap fee of $40-$50 may apply to longer and more complex visits and procedures.
