We will be bulk billing all patients with current Medicare Cards.

Dr Hanaa does not accept Workcover & TAC - Centrelink or Other Forms - Pain Medication or Drugs of Addiction, Ear Syringe - Mental Care Plan.

We do not have nurses on the Weekends or Public Holidays to do Dressing or Injections.

Please note that we have relocated to Shop 7 Home Co / 825 Plenty Rd South Morang, VIC 3752. This clinic provides wheelchair access and up to date computer prescribing.

If you have any cough, cold or flu symptoms – Please wear a mask before entering the clinic.

Phone Consults Avaliable: Existing patients may be eligible for telehealth consultations, please contact reception to check eligibility and book your appointment.

We hope to provide the highest level of care and continuity of care to our patients. Please let the reception staff know if you have any problems or suggestions in which we can which we can better our services.

Appointments

• Online Appointments are for a standard 10 minute consultation and are for one person.
• It is expected that one medical problem would be managed during this amount of time.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to be checked into the clinic.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please phone the practice directly.
• Nursing is not available on Weekends and Public Holidays
• New patients to the clinic will need to book after 10am

PLEASE NOTE: We do not currently publish all of our available appointments for all doctors online. Please phone the practice directly if you require a time which is not available online, or a more urgent appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate. This includes Dr Mark Lun.

Non - attendance for appointments

Please ensure you attend any appointment you make as a non-attendance fee for the full consultation will be charged and this is not refunded through Medicare.

We are located at our new premises at the Home Co., South Morang Centre, Shop 7/825 Plenty Road, South Morang servicing the Mill Park, Plenty Valley area as well as South Morang, Epping, Bundoora.
