Great staff and efficient.
Visited 5 months ago and recommends this practice. | A patient from North Melbourne, VIC
I was directed immediately to the medical desk by a staff member and asked to fill out forms. I then began filling them out and didn't even get to finish filling them out before the doctor was ready to see me - on time. Dr was wonderful and took a full history of me as it was my first appointment. Was a great experience.

Best experience I've ever had at a doctors practice. Receptionists were friendly and attentive and the doctor saw me on time and was very knowledgeable. Happy to make this place my regular practice.

I was very pleasantly surprised with everything to do with my visit and will be using this practice whilst living in the Richmond area. The Doctor I saw was very professional, yet friendly and approachable, caring and thorough. I feel confident that any health issues I may have in the future will be dealt with in the same manner. I told my partner to go to this clinic from now on too.

The staff was friendly and helpful at reception. The doctor I saw was especially supportive, understanding and considerate. Took time to discuss matters and took a genuine interest in the health issues the consultation was booked for. Established a positive GP and patient situation.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was great even though in January most practices are short staffed and busy. I am considering switching to this practice permanently.
