We offer bulk billing to Health Care card holders, children under the age of 16, patients who visit every 4-6 weeks for chronic health issues, students and at the Doctor’s discretion. Otherwise, our fees are $65 for a standard consultation and $105 for a long consultation, with a Medicare rebate of $38.20 and $73.90, respectively. If your banking details are registered with medicare, your rebate will be sent directly to your account. Please note that these fees are indicative only and may vary according to the length and requirements of your appointments.
Our location is ideal for those who live or work in Moonee Ponds, Essendon, Pascoe Vale South, Brunswick West, Brunswick, Flemington, Maribyrnong, Aberfeldie, Niddrie, Glenroy, Ascot Vale and Broadmeadows as we are only a few steps from Moonee ponds train station and Moonee Ponds junction. There is off-street parking available for those who prefer to drive.

Billing policy
Moonee Vale Clinic is a mixed billing practice. Bulk Billing is available to Concession Card Holders, Students and financially disadvantaged. Payment is required at the time of consultation for WorkCover, TAC and Medical/Surgical procedures.
If you are not one of the above;
- standard consult costs $65, you get back $38.20 from Medicare
- long consult costs $105, you get back $73.90 from Medicare
- Procedures are not bulk billed, they incur a small cost
- Cosmetic procedures are not rebatable through Medicare
