Located on Sanctuary Road, just off the Melton Highway, our patients have easy access to a variety of local allied health services including Pathology, Pharmacy, Psychology and Physiotherapy clinics.
As a bulk billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card for all Medicare-eligible procedures. This means no out-of-pocket cost for most general consultations. For patients without Medicare, our fees are $40 for a standard consultation and $80 for a long consultation. If you have private health insurance with Bupa, then bring your Bupa card with you on every consultation so we can charge Bupa directly. For all other private insurance like Allianz, Medibank, Nib etc, you pay us via cash or credit card, we will generate a paid Tax Invoice for you which you need to send to your insurance company to get reimbursed.
As part of the Sanctuary Road shopping facility, our patients have access to ample on site parking. If you are visiting us via public transport, the number 476 bus route stops directly outside, connecting along the Melton Highway to Watergardens train station. With excellent transport links and nearby conveniences, we are excellent for patients from Hillside, Plumpton, Caroline Springs, Taylors Hill, Sydenham, Calder Park, Taylors Lakes, Delahey and Burnside Heights.
