Our Mission is “To provide exceptional healthcare when and where it is needed”.
WHAT CAN I USE TELEHEALTH SERVICES FOR?
Telehealth services our doctors can provide are for:
When clinically appropriate, our Doctors can issue Medical Certificates, Prescriptions (including Repeats), Specialist Referrals, Pathology Requests and Radiology Requests, as well as offer general medical advice, while on consult with you. Just like any consultation with a doctor, including a visit to your local medical centre, we cannot guarantee what medical documents the doctor will issue you. You will have to have a consultation where the doctor will ask about your health history, symptoms and any other details required, so they can make an informed decision as to whether or not the consult will result in a medical document being supplied.
COVID Clearances:
COVID-19 Release From Isolation clearances or approval cannot be provided by our doctors. These need to be provided by the State or Territory Public Health Unit. Please contact the Australian Government's National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080 for further guidance.
