Mediscreen Clinic has proudly been a part of the Boroondara community for over 20 years. Our general practitioners, practice staff, and allied health professionals are dedicated to providing quality care for our community.
Our team at Mediscreen Clinic welcomes everyone in the community, whatever your age or condition. We are committed to supporting you with your health concerns and want you to always feel well looked after when you walk into our medical practice. Services that we can provide include:

Other services offered at our practice include audiology, podiatry, and diabetes education. There is also a pharmacy and a pathology service conveniently available onsite, and dental services available just next door.
As a mixed billing practice, we offer bulk billing to children under 16 years of age. We also offer reduced fees for pensioners and Health Care Card holders. Otherwise our fees are $80 for a standard consultation, $115 for a long consultation between Mondays and Fridays with a Medicare rebate of $37.05 and $71.70 respectively. Please note, that our fees for Saturdays are $85 for a standard appointment with long appointments charged at $120. Fees on Sundays and Public Holidays are $95 for a standard appointment with long appointments charged at $130.
Our location is ideal for residents of Hawthorn East and surrounding suburbs, including Glen Iris, Camberwell, Toorak, Malvern, Richmond, Kew, Canterbury, Ashburton, and Balwyn. We are close to public transport services and there is ample parking available at the rear of the building, with easy access for the disabled.
We are open 7 days a week, with after hours appointments available on weekdays. Specifically, our hours are from 8am to 7pm weekdays, 8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays, and 9am to midday on Sundays and public holidays. Booking an appointment online is easy and can be done any time.
