Golden Point Medical Centre is a GP Practice based at Golden Point, Ballarat - a walking distance from Sovereign Hill! We have a wonderful clinic that is currently open 9:30am to 4pm - weekdays - Monday to Friday. Weekends = Closed.

Our GP clinic in Golden Point is Bulk Billed for patients with a valid Medicare card. (Note: We are registered with My Medicare and we encourage all our patients to be registered.)
Patients without Medicare (example: Private Health Insurance) can also use our services.
In addition to offering GP services, we also offer Pathology services through 4cyte. We have plenty of free parking on-site and we are close to Sovereign Hill. Please call and speak to our friendly team to make your booking. Alternatively, you can book online for your appointment.
Our Medical staff - GP, Specialists, Nurses, Allied Health and Reception staff take time to hear our patients and provide them the best of health care services as they possibly can!
We also offer other Specialist services through our Specialist clinic - DoveTouch Specialists. Our services include Paediatrician, Social Worker (Counselling), Dietician and Psychologist services. All our Appointments to the Specialist services are Referral Based.

Billing policy
1) We are a bulk-billing GP practice. 2) All queries will need to be raised with the GPs. Our reception staff will be able to facilitate the appointment. 3) Appointments are required to obtain a prescription. Our Doctors may be unable to schedule certain drugs. 4) Please note that some Procedures may incur an out of pocket fees that is not Medicare rebated. 5) We are an appointment based clinic but at times we may be running late from an earlier appointment.
