Patients with Medicare cards (usually Australian residents) will have no out-of-pocket costs for standard appointments with Bulk Billing GPs in most cases, as it will be billed directly to Medicare.
Neal Street Medical Clinic is a GP Clinic in Gisborne. This clinic is owned and operated by doctors who work and live in the local area. We are a mixed billing Clinic and are located in a brand new, purpose built, three-floor health facility. Our services are provided in a family clinic setting and we pride ourselves in that. We have qualified doctors and nurses to look after you. Friendly and approachable reception staff will welcome you.
We have many services located within the building at 5 Neal Street in Gisborne. There is a comprehensive Allied Health service run by Macedon Ranges Health. There is a chemist on site, run by UFS Pharmacy. Australian Clinical Labs are located in the building to provide pathology services. We also have the very popular Kozy Korner Kafe serving great coffee and food!
There are two entrances on Lyell & Neal Streets. Lifts and stairs provide access to all floors. Parking within the facility is free. There is free Wi-Fi within the building for your use. There are also two play areas for children in the building.

This practice is a bulk billing practice.
Billing policy
An after hours fee of $20 will be charged for appointments from 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. (Pension card, HCC Card and U16s exempt).
A fee of $30 will be charged if less than 2 hours notice is given to cancel an appointment or if you do not attend an appointment.
