Please ensure you attend any appointment you make as a non-attendance fee will apply and will be charged and this is not refunded through Medicare, the fee for this is $50. All appointments booked after 1pm the day prior will not receive a message from the clinic as a reminder.

All patient's need to be present for their consultations, this includes children - if you require any clarification please contact Reception on 0383397200.

Please note New Patient's cannot book online, we ask that you kindly call our Reception staff for these appointments. At this time some of our Gps aren't taking new patients at this point in time, including DR Amna Khan & DR Leila Moradi. For all other Gps patients are required to contact the Reception to discuss.

Please contact the clinic if you are unable to book an appointment online as during clinic hours, as Doctors may still have reserved appointments available. Online Appointments are for a standard 10 minute consultation and are for one person only. It is expected that one medical problem would be managed during this amount of time.

Thank you for using our online appointment system. In order to ensure our appointments function optimally, some appointment types cannot be booked online, including Nurse appointments so we do ask that patients kindly call the clinic to book any nurse appointments. We also ask that you call the clinic if your appointment is for:

• Childhood immunisations
• Long consultations for complex problems or procedures
• Pre - Travel assessments
• Full Medical examinations such as for insurance or pre-employment
• TAC and Workcover
• Pathology Collection

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to be checked into the clinic.
