You must present your current Medicare Card at the time of your appointment in order to be bulk billed.

Patients who do not fall into one of these categories means that a GAP (out of pocket) fee will apply.

Ms Uyen Thi To PhanPractice Nurse & Accredited Vaccinator Ms Uyen Thi To Phan is a dedicated Practice Nurse with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. She works collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team to promote health, prevent illness, and support the management of acute and chronic conditions.

As an accredited vaccinator, Uyen provides a wide range of immunisation services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. She is passionate about preventive healthcare and enjoys educating patients about the benefits of vaccination, helping them make informed decisions to protect their health and the wellbeing of the community.

In her role as a Practice Nurse, Uyen also assists with health assessments, chronic disease management, wound care, care planning, health education, and preventive screening. She is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and ability to make patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit.

She values building trusting relationships with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their best possible health outcomes. Miss Vanessa Teggatz – Registered Nurse Division 1

Miss Vanessa Teggatz is a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Division 1 who will be providing IV iron infusions at Brunswick Medical Centre On Lygon on Saturdays only.

Vanessa is committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care and ensuring each patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their treatment.

With a professional and caring approach, Vanessa works closely with our medical team to provide IV iron infusions in accordance with best-practice clinical guidelines. Patients can expect attentive monitoring and personalised care before, during, and after their infusion appointment.

Saturday Services Include:

• IV iron infusions
• Pre-infusion assessment and monitoring
• Post-infusion observation and patient education

All new patients must first book a consultation with Dr Shaila Kazi to discuss their symptoms, suitability for IV iron therapy, the procedure involved, risks and benefits, and to provide informed consent prior to treatment.
