Fee Structure:

As a mixed billing clinic, our fees support both the treatment of everyday health concerns and a proactive approach to helping patients achieve better long-term health and quality of life.

We bulk bill for:

Children 15 and under

Pensioners

DVA card holders

Centrehealth Programs for Preventative and Optimal Health, including:

Health Assessments (MyMedicare registration required)

Care Plans

Home Medication Reviews

Private fees usually apply for:

• Healthcare and Concession Card holders (reduced fees may apply)
• WorkCover, TAC and insurance consultations (usually longer appointments)
• Walk-in appointments
• New patients (longer appointments are required; a reduced fee may apply if required forms are completed and submitted in advance and you arrive on time)
• Weekend appointments

All billing decisions are at the doctor’s discretion and depend on time taken, number of issues, and complexity.

Telehealth, Phone Consults

Available for patients who have attended the clinic in person within the past 12 months, in line with Medicare requirements. Fees are the same as in-person visits, with a reduced fee for online pre-paid booking

Additional Information

If more than one person is seen in the same appointment, fees will reflect the additional time and complexity

Your doctor of choice may or may not bulk bill. 

Appointments & Online Services

Appointments can be booked online via our website www.centrehealthfamilyclinic.com.au. You can also request repeat prescriptions and referrals anytime.

Cancellation Policy

A $45 fee may apply if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice.
