Non Attendence
We REQUIRE a 2 hour notice if you decide to cancel a booked appointment. FAILING to do so would attract a $50 Non Attendence Fee. This Fee would need to be paid before any further appointments are booked through Healthengine. If this Fee is not paid, Warradale Medical Centre would block your access to Online booking for Our clinic.
