Our Salisbury Family Practice, is located at 1 Park Terrace, and provides convenient General Practitioner services to the local community with rear access car parking facilities and first class amenities.

Conveniently located in the heart of Salisbury, our practice is a 7-Day Medical Centre that is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 8.30pm, Saturday 9:00am – 2:00pm and Sunday 10am - 3pm, hours change according to availability of doctors. (same day appointment availability and a convenient on-line booking system.

As of the 1st November 2025 we are a Registered Bulk Billing medical practice. This means our practice will now bulk bill most consultations for Valid Medicare/DVA card holders.

Non Medicare or invalid Medicare card holders require full payment of consultation fees at the time of appointment.

Standard consult is $75.05

Long consult is $117.10

A $7.70 ‘Practice Administration Levy’ will be applied to all privately billed consultations.

Fees will apply for Procedures, Dressings, Commercial Licence, Insurance forms and Iron Infusions.

Please ensure that you bring your valid Medicare/DVA and concession cards at the time of consultation.

Cancellation Fees – a fee of $55 will apply for all patients that fail to attend or cancel their appointment 2 hours prior.
