Burnside Family Practice

Please note: if you have not had a face to face consult within the previous 12 months you are not eligible for a telephone consult. If you have not been seen for a face to face consultation within the previous 12 months please do not book online. Please phone the surgery on 8379 1751 to book an appointment.

Burnside Family Practice is affiliated with Norwood Family Practice and Family Healthcare Erindale.

The Burnside Family Practice is conveniently located in the heart of Burnside opposite the Burnside Village Shopping Centre. The practice employs both male and female doctors and we welcome all new patients.

Burnside Family Practice is a private practice, we require full payment on the day of consultation and will process your refund through Medicare electronic claiming. We offer a reduced fee for Pension and Health Care card holders. Burnside Family Practice will increase our fees from 1st August 2025 (please refer to our website https://burnsidefamilypractice.com.au) for a full list of fees. Please note Saturday fees incur an additional $10.00.

Please note: Childhood vaccinations cannot be booked online. Please phone the Surgery if you need to book your child in for their vaccinations. This is a specialized appointment with our Practice Nurse and requires a half appointment with the Nurse and Doctor.

A minimum of 4 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply.

Please note if you are booking a CBHS International Student Appointment only book between Monday - Friday. We do not take these appointments on a Saturday.
