Starting 1 November 2025, Murray Bridge Medical Centre is transitioning to bulk billing for standard GP visits under the Strengthening Medicare initiative.
✔ Face-to-face and phone consultations will be bulk billed for all patients with a valid Medicare card.✔ No out-of-pocket costs for standard GP appointments.
Please note: Some services are not covered and may still attract a private fee. Our team will let you know before your appointment.

Billing policy
We are a bulk billing practice. We offer bulk billing consultations to all Medicare card holders. **Some procedures might not be included. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 3 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a $40 no-show or late cancellation fee.
