Our practice is proud to be actively involved in three Primary Health Network (PHN) projects, supporting the health and wellbeing of our community. These include programs focused on domestic and sexual violence and assault, the Refugee Ready Program to provide accessible, culturally safe care for refugee and asylum seeker patients, and Flourish, supporting mental health, wellbeing, and early intervention. Through these initiatives, we are committed to delivering inclusive, trauma-informed, and holistic care to those who need it most.

For your first consultation, a one-time registration form is required to be completed and signed. No additional registration is needed for future appointments.
