-All patients will be screened upon presenting to reception. Any patients experiencing respiratory/flu symptoms will be asked to wait outside or return to your car until the doctor call the patient.

The doctor will advise what type of consult is required based on your symptoms.

- All patient to adhere to the latest QLD Government regulations (e.g. mandatory face masks).

Please note if you have booked an in surgery appointment reception may contact you to change your appointment to telehealth.

Each patient requires a separate appointment. Doctors are unable to add any additional patients who do not have an appointment booked.

In Metro Medical Centre, there is convenience of onsite allied health services including psychology, physiotherapy, dietetics and hearing aid assistance. There is also a radiology and chemist located nearby for any further medical services required.

Doctors in Metro Medical Centre offers Mixed billing Monday- Friday (Bulk billing avaliable Monday- Friday (Conditions apply). For Weekend Billing please check individual doctor's profile. For anyone who doesn't hold a valid Medicare card, our fees vary depending the length of the consultation. Please call reception or head to our website for a list of our fees.

We are ideally located for patients living or working in Springfield Lakes and the surrounding areas, including Spring Mountain, Springfield, Springfield Central, Brookwater and Greenbank. We are close to public transport services and there is ample onsite parking available for those who prefer to drive.

We are open 6 days a week from 8:30am – 5pm Mon to Thurs

8.30am-4.30 pm on Friday's

8:30am -1:00pm on Sundays

Please note: We are temporarily closed on Saturdays

Metro Medical Centre offers phone consultations for the patients, who have been seen by their regular doctor in the surgery within the last 3 months.
