From 1st November 2025, we will be Bulk billing all of our services that attract a Medicare rebate for all current Medicare card holders.  We are trialling the New Government Bulk Billing model to try to ensure access to the highest level of medical care for everyone.  We need everyone’s help to make this sustainable, so please appreciate and respect the practitioners and services, non-attendance and late cancellations will be charged a fee to ensure all patents can benefit from these services.

We have onsite pathology for your convenience and have allied services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, audiology & psychology, to look after all of your health needs.

We are centrally located within Sundale Retail Precinct, close to public transport and tram station, close to shops and cafes, there is ample onsite underground parking (free for 2 hours) and a chemist next door, making it convenient to have any scripts filled following appointments. Our location is ideal for residents of Southport and surrounding suburbs include Surfers Paradise, Main Beach, Labrador, Biggra Waters, Ashmore and Macintosh Island.

FEE SCHEDULE, IF NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE BULK BILLED:

STANDARD CONSULT $85 OUT OF POCKET $42.15

LONG CONSULT $140 OUT OF POCKET $57.10

PROLONGED CONSULT $250 OUT OF POCKET $127.87

*This includes reviewing file and writing notes.

ANYONE WHO FAILS TO ATTEND OR CANCELS WITH LESS THAN 2 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED A $50 FEE.

For Phone consults under Medicare, a face to face appointment must have been recorded within 12 months.

Online scripts are available from certain doctors, one script per request at a fee.
