Cancellation Policy

We have a 2 hour cancellation policy, the following Did Not Attend\Late Cancellation Fees will apply.  We will not accept a booking if you have outstanding fees.

1.  Standard Appointment $40

2.  Long Appointment $80

3.  Standard Appointment with Nurse Services $80

Dr Nece Patients

NEW PATIENTS & Patients who have not attended in 12 months:

Are required to pay an initial consultation fee of $80, which after the rebate for valid Medicare cardholders will be $40.25 out of pocket. Except for Dr Shiyamala and Dr Ataullah.

• After 1st  initial appointment, if you are under 16 years of age or if you are a Pension Concession Card Holder or a DVA Card Holder (Conditions Appy) or Healthcare Card Holder, you will then be Bulked Billed. 
• Dr Nece Agbua only Bulk Bills Pension Concession Card Holders, DVA (conditions apply) and children under 16 years of age,.
