Phenix Health is a mixed billing Telehealth practice and our fees are based on the type of practitioner seen and the length of consultation. Your Medicare card is required at the time of booking, and credit card will be collected by Phenix Health’s call centre team, with payment processed following the consultation. Phenix will process your Medicare claim and funds deposited directly into your account by Medicare.

To secure your booking, our triage team will collect your credit card details and confirm your appointment time and pharmacy details. They will call you from either a 07, 02, or 03 prefix within 15 mins. Our GPs and Nurse Practitioners will call from a ‘No Caller ID’ to your mobile.

Our experienced trained telehealth General Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners can treat conditions via video/phone such as:

Phenix Telehealth is the preferred and trusted service by Ambulance Victoria and other government bodies, including referral through PHNs and over 4,500 Pharmacies Australia-wide. We collaborate with all GPs and Pharmacies and we are able to offer this software and service for their own clinics and patients.
