We do NOT provide TELEHEALTHS consultations. New patients who is COVID positive, we unable to see Face to Face or provide Telehealth consultation.

Our No Show/Late Cancellation policy: Patients who will have 2 No show/late cancellation ( less than 24hrs) on their record, will be privately billed for all their future appointments.

If you have cold /flu symptoms please wear a facemask, if you presenting with a cough you will be asked to wait outside or in your car.

As a Bulk Billing practice, we offer Bulk Billing to all patients holding a valid Medicare card, meaning no out-of-pocket fees for Medicare rebateable items. Please note that some items such as medicals, test are not covered by Medicare and will incur a fee. For patients without Medicare, our fees are $ 90 for a standard consultation / $130 for a long consultation and $170 for extra long appointment. UBER/TAXI medicals are private $150. Should you have any questions regarding fees, please feel free to ask our friendly reception staff or your doctor.

Our modern, purpose-built facilities are designed to maximise patient comfort and convenience, with ample onsite parking, wheelchair accessibility, and a pleasant waiting area equipped with magazines, kid’s play area and colouring-in, health information brochures, and a TV.

We are open 6 days a week, from 8.30am to 5pm weekdays and from 9.30-2pm on Saturdays. Appointments can be booked at any time using our convenient online booking service. To get started now, simply click on your preferred appointment time from the options displayed above.
