Cancellation and No Show Policy

Please help us maintain quality medical care by providing us with the following courtesy. This helps us respect other patients needs and allows us to give the appointment to another patient.

1. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 2 hours notice of cancellation which can only be given via phone call.

2. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. Please note that you will be considered a “no-show” if you are running more than 15 minutes late and will have to be rescheduled for a different date.

3. For each "no-show" or Late Cancellation, there will be a $30 fee charged.

4. If you miss 3 consecutive appointments, we will unfortunately be unable to provide further appointments to you at our clinic.
