Bulk billing is available for patients 15 years old and under, pension and health care card holders and DVA Gold card holders.

Standard consultation will incur a $45 out of pocket fee on weekdays and $55 out of pocket fee on weekends and public holidays.

Travel medicine consults are privately billed, NO Bulk Billing.

Dr Sai Lu’s and Dr Chuck Kong's medical acupuncture appointments will have a $20 out of pocket fee.

CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY: Beenleigh Mall Medical Centre has a strict Cancellation/No show policy. Fees for non-attendance with less than 24 hours’ notice will apply. $50 for standard appointment and $100 for long appointment.
