Bulkbilling is available for all telehealth consults. You will also need to wear a mask to enter the clinic.
All patients are advised if there will be a charge beforehand.
We are accredited with AGPAL and located within a purpose built, standalone building which features ample onsite patient parking. The car park can be accessed via both Gympie and Robinson Road.
Languages spoken other than English include Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Russian.

After Hours and Home Visits
After Hours healthcare is provided by After Hours Drs. Home Visits are not generally offered at this practice, however, if there are special circumstances feel free to discuss this with your doctor.
As a valued patient, you will be automatically enrolled in our Reminder System, to ensure you receive relevant health information and pertinent reminders relating to your health, such as vaccine updates or screening services. Patients will be registered with the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register and Qld Health Pap Smear Register. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive reminders. Patients will be contacted for recall where clinically indicated.
Most issues are best dealt with in a consultation with your Doctor and he/she will endeavour to take your call where practicable. Whilst in consultation with other patients, the doctors require the reception staff to take messages that will be dealt with at the end of the session. Please advise the Reception Staff if the call is urgent.
Test Results and Referrals
Test results can be only obtained in a booked consultation. No results are given over the phone. Referrals to specialists must be made during a consultation and will not be provided from a phone request.
