The Madison Medical Practice St Ives is committed to providing the best quality of care to our patients.
Our Practice will showcase all the services with empathy that you have grown to expect at The Madison Medical Practice Hornsby, with many of our current Medical, Allied Medical professionals and Administration staff sharing their time between both locations.
The Madison Medical Practice St Ives will have female and male General Practitioners daily, who have special interests in Child and Family, Women's Health and Aged Care management. The GP's will be complemented by Allied Health Care Professionals, including Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetic and Podiatry services.
The Practice will offer Experienced Registered Nurses who provide many services including Immunisations, Travel Vaccinations -including Yellow fever; Blood Collection, Spirometry, ECG’s, Infusions (Alcasta and Iron), IV antibiotics, Venesection, Routine Baby Heath Checks (recorded in child’s blue book). These procedures are supervised by our General Practitioners.
Allied Health Care professionals on site include a Registered Psychologist, Dietitian, and Physiotherapist. For added convenience Clinical Laboratories will handle all onsite pathology requests. There are also a range of other health services located nearby including dental, and pharmacy services.
This Practice is a {Mixed Billing} Practice. New Patients who register after the to the Madison Medical Practice St Ives seen on and after the 1st of March 2020 and aged between 17 years and 64 years of age will NOT be BULK BILLED and will be charged as a PRIVATE PATIENT for all General Practitioner consultations. A proportionate amount of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare after the consultation. Children aged under 17 years and those over 65 years will be BULK BILLED directly to Medicare for General Practitioner Consultations.
Our Fees start from $80 for a short consultation.
For Allied Health Professional, Medical Specialist consultations, Surgical procedures, Infusions, Travel Vaccines and wound care will attract out of pocket fees for {ALL PATIENTS}, please speak to our friendly staff or your consulting practitioner to find out more information.
There is ample parking in the area. Park onsite, the entrance to the parking area is just off Shinfield Ave, immediately after the R&W realestate agency. Park in any spot marked "reserved" on LG for your convenience. Take the elevator to the Ground floor and follow the signs.
For those using public transport a number of buses also stop along Mona Vale Road. We are well positioned for those in the areas of St Ives Chase, Turramurra, Gordon, Wahroonga, Pymble, West Pymble, West Gordon and South Turramurra.

Important Information Regarding COVID-19 : During these times all patients presenting to the Practice will be required to wear a MASK and SANITISE their hands upon arrival. The Practice has many areas for adequate social distancing and special sitting areas have been designed. your understanding of these protocols is appreciated and must be adhered for your own health and safety. Remember if you have a cough cold flu like symptoms, have been in contact with a known COVID-19 case, or been in a known COVID-19 hotspot please DO NOT present to the Practice and make a Telehealth Consultation.
