We also offer the convenience of onsite Pathology, Dietetics & Nutrition and clinical and general Psychology. Should you require additional health services, there are several located nearby.

We operate on an appointment only basis. Appointments can be booked online at any time using the ‘Book an Appointment’ button above. If you have made an appointment with one of our GP's and wish to cancel please ensure you use the cancellation button in your healthengine confirmation email or if booked directly through the practice you contact the practice directly in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Telephone consultations are available.

As a mixed billing practice, we offer bulk billing to all Pension Card holders, Health Care Card holders and children under the age of 16.

Otherwise, our fees are:

Face-to-face Consultations

• $70- for a standard face-to-face-consultation
• $104- for a long face-to-face consultation

with a Medicare rebate of $39.10 and $75.75, respectively.

A standard consultation (up to 20 minutes) is suitable for 1-2 health concerns.

A long consultation (more than 20 minutes) is suitable for up to 3 health concerns.

Telephone Consultations

• $25- $50 depending on duration of consultation

with a Medicare rebate of $17.90 or $39.10, for eligible patients. Medicare conditions apply.

Tele-Health/Video Consultation

• $60-$94 depending on duration of consultation

with a Medicare rebate of $39.10 or $75.70, for eligible patients. Medicare conditions apply.

We submit the Medicare rebate claim for you at the time of your payment and the rebate is processed immediately.

We are committed to ensuring that patients are seen by our GPs in accordance with their appointment time. However, please be advised that medical emergencies must be given priority and may affect waiting time.

PLEASE NOTE: Consultation fees may vary depending on your GP and the medical condition you present with, the above is only intended as a pricing guide. Medical procedures and some medical plans and assessments incur additional fees. Please enquire for more information

Please note, a cancellation fee applies for any Psychology appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time.

A credit/debit card surcharge fee applies on all card payments as of 1 February 2021.
