We are open 6 days a week with appointments available every day with all our practitioners and the nurse. Please call our friendly receptionists if you have any enquires about the services provided at the centre.
We bulk bill all consultations. You will be informed of any other out of pocket expenses prior to treatment. There are no charges for missed or cancelled appointments, however please inform us if you cannot attend an appointment. You can also obtain additional information from reception.
Emergencies will always be seen first – please inform reception immediately if your condition is an emergency. Unwell children will be given priority. Appointments can be made with the doctor of your choice - please inform reception if you need a long consultation (i.e. more than 15 minutes). Patients who are more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment. Walk in patients will also be seen, but will have to wait for the appointments. Repeat scripts or referrals can be seen in between appointments, so let reception know. Please understand that we may run late due to emergencies.
All patients should return to get their results as counseling and follow up may need to be arranged, even if results appear normal. Results are given over the phone only in exceptional circumstances. X-rays need to be collected as they are destroyed after 1 month. If you do not hear from the doctor, do not assume your results are normal, as they may have been lost in the mail.
We provide home visits to our regular patients within a 10km radius, bulk billed. After hours is provided by Sydney Medical Services - bulk billing for weeknights after 6 pm, Saturday after 1 pm, Sunday and public holidays 24 hours.
