The Madison Medical Practice Hornsby has grown into a dynamic, friendly and diverse family practice. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of medical care for our patients. We have developed substantially in the years, allowing us to considerably ease patient waiting times with experienced staff dedicated to allay your concerns in a friendly warm environment.

After 15 years of the team consulting in Suite 6, The practice has moved to a larger premises at Suite 1 on the Lower Ground Floor of The Madison Building. Whilst we remain in the same building, our new modern and friendly premises consists of 8 consulting rooms, Allied Health and specialist rooms, a retreat area for children, a designated baby and women's health room and a large advanced 4 bed treatment room. This expansion will allow our team to continue to treat the growing Hornsby Community needs for years to come.

Access to The Madison Medical Practice will require you to enter Hunter Street on the Ground Floor and walk down the stairs or take the lift to the Lower Ground floor. Alternatively, you will now be able to directly access the Practice on the Lower Ground from Hunter Lane, pressing the intercom buttons "1" & the OK button.

Our dedicated team are from Australian, Indian, Malaysian, Arabic, Chinese Korean backgrounds, and work together to offer a wide range of high-quality general practice services for our patients.

WEEKDAY FEES

All patients aged between 16 and 69 years (inclusive) will be charged privately for all weekday GP consultations.

A proportionate amount of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare after the consultation.

On weekdays, patients aged 15 years and under or 70 years and over, or those who present a valid pension card PRIOR to their consultation will be BULK BILLED for most GP consultations. Certain consultations may incur an out-of-pocket fee, which will be discussed during your consultation by your GP.

SATURDAY & AFTER HOURS FEES

Saturday GP consultations are charged privately for all patients, irrespective of age or concession card status.

A proportionate amount of this fee can be claimed back from Medicare after your consultation.

Children’s scheduled immunisations that are booked on Saturday will be bulk billed.

MEDICAL SPECIALISTS, ALLIED HEALTH & OTHER SERVICES: Out-of-pocket fees will apply for Allied Health Professionals such as Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Psychology and Dietetic services. Out-of-pocket fees will apply for surgical procedures, IV Infusions, travel vaccines and wound care management. Please ask our reception staff for more information when booking for these services.

Our convenient location in the Madison Building, is ideal for those who live or work in Hornsby and surrounding areas, such as Waitara, North Wahroonga, Wahroonga, and Normanhurst. There is also ample parking available nearby for those who prefer to drive.

We are open 6 days a week, with appointments available Monday to Saturday. Specifically, we are open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5.00pm Saturday.
