Wigram Street Family Medical Practice has been providing patient-focused general practice care to the Harris Park community for over 30 years. Our small, dedicated team is committed to thorough, unhurried consultations for patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors.

Bulk Billing We are a 100% bulk billing practice. All patients holding a valid Medicare card are bulk billed at no out-of-pocket cost. Patients without Medicare eligibility are seen as private patients. Consultation fees are $85 (Monday to Friday) and $100 (Saturday), payable by cash or card at the time of consultation. A receipt will be provided for private health insurance claims.

Our Services We offer a comprehensive range of general practice services including: General consultations, home visits, health assessments and check-ups, family planning, Pap smears and breast checks (with female nurse available), pregnancy tests, antenatal care, ECG, spirometry, vaccinations, blood testing, minor surgery, skin checks and tympanometry.

Appointments & Hours We are open six days a week. Please check HealthEngine for current available appointment times, as our hours of operation may vary. Walk-in appointments are welcome subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule via your confirmation email or the HealthEngine app. A $30 cancellation fee applies if you cancel with less than 3 hours notice or do not attend. Please note — if you are booking for a flu vaccine, call us before arriving.

Location & Access We are conveniently located at 72 Wigram St, Harris Park NSW 2150, with on-street parking and nearby car parks available. Patients travelling by public transport can access multiple bus routes on Station Street and connect to Harris Park Station. The Parramatta Transport Interchange is a short distance away, making us easily accessible from Parramatta, Camellia, Rydalmere, Rosehill and Granville. Our location also provides easy access to local allied health services including pharmacy, dental, pathology and radiology.
