NEW BILLING POLICY:
FROM 08TH OF MAY 2023 ALL NEW PATIENTS WILL BE PRIVATELY BILLED.
IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN IN OUR CENTRE IN THE LAST THREE (3) YEARS, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED AS A NEW PATIENT.
ALL SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE PRIVATELY BILLED FOR NEW AND EXISTING PATIENTS.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED A "NO-SHOW FEE" IF DO NOT CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24HRS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
BULK BILLING TELEPHONE APPOINTMENT IS AVAILABLE TO PATIENTS WHO HAVE HAD AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT WITH ONE OF OUR DOCTORS WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS: All patients will be privately billed WEEKDAY APPOINTMENTS: EXISTING PATIENTS - we will continue to bulk bill as per usual. NEW PATIENTS - Initial and subsequent consults will be billed privately. You are considered NEW PATIENT if you haven't been here in the last 3yrs
