Cranebrook Doctors is offering the full range of general practice services, such as family medicine, general health check-ups, and men’s and women’s healthcare. We also offer the convenience of onsite pathology services, dental, allied health and mental health services and more, reducing the need to travel to access everyday healthcare services.

Choice Pharmacy is located within the same building, making it quick and easy to collect prescription medicines following appointments.

We are open 5 days a week, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM every weekday.

Please be advised there is a Cancellation / No-Show Fee.

A $65 fee will be charged if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hour’s notice.(standard appointment)

A $100 fee will be charged if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hour’s notice. (long appointment)

To protect the sustainability of our practice and ensure the standard of the services we provide; Cranebrook Doctors will now become a Mixed- Billing practice. This will allow us to maintain the highest quality of care we provide while still being able to address our patients with substantial needs.

Starting the 1st of September of 2022, we will be introducing the “Mixed-Billing” system. Most consultations are time-based and will incur private fees for patients who are not eligible under the bulk-billing criteria. Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.

We are still able to bulk bill eligible patient groups for most of the consultation types.

• Commonwealth Concession Card holders
• DVA Gold Card holders
• Health Care Card holders
• Pensioner Concession Card holders

A gap fee will be required for overseas students and overseas visitors holding valid OSHC/OVC memberships. The remainder will be directly billed. Please let our reception know if you hold an OSHC/OVC membership.
