Re waiting time to be seen. There was a delay in being seen but I was given all the time I needed when I was seen. I know that some appointments to take longer than expected. I have been coming to the practice for over 20 years and sometimes there is a wait. The fact that I now live 10 minutes walk from a GP practice but choose to drive back to Balmain for medical appointments must say something about the practice!
I do like the new premises and the way I can pay and claim the rebate at the same time electronically - and I like having the option of using HealthEngine if I don't have a particular enquiry or issue in relation to an appointment.

It's reassuring to know that you can make an appointment at anytime to suit you without having to wait till 8.45am to phone. Also to have choice of times slots to choose from without keeping receptionist on the phone
