Practice Billing & Fee Structure:

GP Consultation (BULK BILLING) for Patients with Medicare card – short and long consultations.

## Please bring Medicare Card when coming for consultation. ##

Please note –

• Telehealth Consultation (Medicare Card) to be Bulk Billed, you must be a regular patient of the practice and must have visited at least 3 times before the Telehealth Booking. Otherwise, you will be charged a Telehealth fee of $60.

New patient: First appointment cannot be a Telehealth consultation.

We do not offer home visits.

Overseas Patients / International Tourists or Students (No Medicare Card)

• GP consultation $110
• Telehealth $60 (For existing "No Medicare card" patients only)

If applicable, please bring Private Health Insurance Membership Card when coming for consultation.

Additional fees

Private Fees for Procedures* and Medical Assessments* (All Patients)

An additional fee of $75* – $150* will apply to cover the cost of treatment room, providing supplies and equipment for procedures.

Patients to confirm and understand all fees* with reception staff or the treating doctor before booking.

Our practice has set Private Fees for Procedures and medical assessments (like Driver medical or sports related) based on the length of time, complexity of the treatment, and supplies and equipment required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please advise us at least 3 hours prior to your appointment if you wish to cancel, reschedule, or cannot attend your consultation. If 3 hours notice is not given, Non-attendance fee of $50 will be charged.
